As your coach, I help you identify your core values, challenge your belief systems, clarify goals, and evaluate what is and isn't serving you. I offer dedicated time and a safe space for you to discover your true self by exploring and reflecting on your thoughts, feelings, and actions to identify what gets in the way of accomplishing your goals.
